The Southpac Offshore Planning Institute and related exhibits and presentations are hosted and conducted by independent consultants under contract with Southpac Group Switzerland Limited (Tortola, British Virgin Islands) ("SGS"). Use of the "Southpac Group" name and logo is under license from SGS.

Many of the speakers at our conferences are attorneys who represent clients procuring trust, banking, and insurance services offered by the Southpac Group of companies based in the Cook Islands, Nevis, New Zealand, and Switzerland. SGS is neither licensed to provide such services nor does SGS engage in such business activities.

Please be advised that those firms and individuals hosting and conducting events under contract with SGS, and those persons who have been invited to speak at these events, have not been appointed, and do not constitute, officers or legal representatives of SGS, the Southpac Group of companies, or any of their affiliates.
